Having a Life Coach is for people from all walks of life, from the general public looking to make important life changes to athletes, actors and business people that are ready to create a successful life for themselves, whatever their current path or biggest dream. A life coach can help you to make radical improvements in your life. If things are disorganised, mediocre or pretty good already and you want them to be great… a Life Coach is for you.
Life Coaching is a process designed to encourage you to achieve even greater personal and professional success through means of improving personal and work balance, business success, confidence, efficiency, stress management, goals and vision.
Having a Life coach is increasingly used by leaders, executives and athletes who want achieve more in their lives. It is recommended if you truly desire to live more successfully, with a healthier and balanced lifestyle.
Life Coaching was originally developed out of athletic and performance coaching, that helped athletes to reach their goals. A Life Coach does for your life what a personal trainer or athletic coach will do for your body and health.
Coaching is not therapy, which goes into depth about various issues, usually dealing with the past, nor is it consulting which generally results in giving the client answers. Coaching is more action-oriented and focuses primarily on the present and future. As your coach I enable you to determine your own “answers” through the work done in our coaching partnership.
Entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, and people in transition are some of the people who typically work with me. Regardless of their professional endeavor or place in life, they have one thing in common: they are successful, resourceful, and intelligent individuals who want to get even more out of their lives.
Professional athletes use coaches to win. Think of any professional athlete currently at the top of their sport, it’s highly likely they understand the value that comes from having someone work directly with them, someone to point out things they can’t see, someone to keep encouraging and challenging them to achieve their greatest potential. That’s who I am for you. Coaching is like having a personal trainer in your life!
The coaching relationship is non-judmental and confidential, it is personal and inspired. Both you and I work together, with honesty, open-mindededness and with freedom to question everything. It is a partnership, and the Life Coaching session is a balanced conversation between us where we work together to achieve your goals; be it Balance, Happiness, Success or all 3.
